Well now who can argue with that?<\/p>\n

Truth be told, there were a bunch of selections I wanted to go with from the 2008 holiday album We Wish You a Metal Xmas and a Headbanging New Year<\/em>, but if you put together a supergroup featuring Lemmy, Billy Gibbons, and Dave Grohl, who are in turn covering a Chuck Berry holiday classic… it’s just too damn hard to say no. Run Rudolph Run<\/strong> has been covered many times to great results (including one by Hanson which almost made it to this list), but this one gets me every time. It’s almost impossible to resist a bluesy Gibbons guitar solo or Lemmy’s unmistakable (and inimitable) growling, raspy vocals.<\/p>\n

Plus I needed something with loud guitars and freakin’ GRIT, man, because my next selection is going to have a bunch of you questioning the virility of my manliness… \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n
