Let’s just keep this one simple.<\/p>\n

  3. Because of massive chest congestion, I had to miss out on the ALS Recovery Fund 10K on Saturday, which was a massive bummer because it’s co-sponsored by dear friends of mine and is a cause that hits home.

  4. I’m trying to get better ASAP, because…<\/li>\n
  5. …this upcoming weekend is the Keys 100 Relay (six person relay team), and I’m committed to running that event.

  6. I’ve only run ONCE in the past week-and-a-half, a 3 mile jaunt last Tuesday, and it wasn’t easy.
